Why we exist
You went through three years of supervised hours, a national exam, and a residency-equivalent path. You opened a practice because you saw a way to deliver better outcomes for autistic kids — not because you wanted to file CAQH attestations and chase Medicaid MCO denial letters.
Yet every BCBA practice owner we talk to says the same thing. Half their week is admin. Their best clinicians are stuck on billing edge cases. Credentialing for a new hire takes 90 days when it should take 45. A payer drops them from a network and nobody catches it for six months.
We exist to fix that. The administrative engine of an ABA practice is its own discipline. We do that discipline. You do clinical leadership. Together, the practice grows.
How we work
One specialist per client, owning the outcome. You won’t talk to a different person every time you call. Your dedicated specialist knows your practice — your payer mix, your providers, your current credentialing pipeline. When something needs to happen, they make it happen.

What we don’t do
We don’t sell you practice-management software you have to learn. If you already use CentralReach, Rethink, or any other PM tool, we work with what you have.
We don’t lock you into multi-year contracts to extract switching costs. Our clients stay because we deliver value, not because they can’t leave.
